James Creasman – President
James is a Los Angeles native, who sensed God’s call into vocational ministry while serving in Asia with Campus Crusade for Christ after university. Following seminary, he pastored in LA for thirteen years before joining CRM US and moving with his family to China, in preparation for ministry in Singapore. For his first few years in Singapore, he ministered as a China Ministry Consultant with SCGM (then called SCEM). He started his first Focusing Leaders mentoring network with six senior pastors from the IDMC conference, and founded CRMS to grow a mentoring movement. His passion is to build spiritual leaders who will unleash their people for world evangelization. He also loves creating communities for learning and collaboration. He loves his creative wife of 25 years, K!Mberly, and is proud of his two heroic and godly teenage boys, Tyler and Cameron. They attend Redemption Hill Church.
Andy Lim
Andy has been a pastor for the last 22 years with the Salvation Army, where he now leads the Youth Department. He is married to his pastor and has two teenage kids. He’s passionate about leadership development, sports ministry and his family, all for the glory of God.
Shoo How Beng
How Beng is a mechanical engineer turned pastor of Acts Baptist Churchand is full time with CRMS. He engages in mentoring pastors and marketplace Christian leaders. His passion is to help people find personal and ministry fruitfulness. His wife, Molly, and his two grown boys are actively serving the Lord.
Ramylal Fernando
Ramylal is from Sri Lanka and serves as a Seminary lecturer, writer and pastor. He is married to Monica. They have been serving the Lord full time in pastoral ministry for over twenty two years. They have one daughter, Miranthi and two sons Arosha and Prashan. They have been living here for the past four years and have come to love and appreciate the people, habits and culture of Singapore. About six years ago, the Lord directed Ramylal and Monica to undertake a ministry of training and equipping leaders for the church in Asia.
Kimberly Creasman
Kimberly gets really re-charged when teaching and mentoring creative people in theatre and personal development. Since her arrival in Singapore in 1999 she’s had some part in dozens of performances (itheatre, Focus on the Family, Tapestry Playback Theatre, yelowbox studios, raintree productions, All Good Gifts and various church groups). She has led the drama ECAs at International Community School but is in her 4th year as an adjunct lecturer in theatre studies for TCA College.
