James Creasman – President

James is a Los Angeles native, who sensed God’s call into vocational ministry while serving in Asia with Campus Crusade for Christ after university. Following seminary, he pastored in LA for thirteen years before joining CRM US and moving with his family to China, in preparation for ministry in Singapore. For his first few years in Singapore, he ministered as a China Ministry Consultant with SCGM (then called SCEM). He started his first Focusing Leaders mentoring network with six senior pastors from the IDMC conference, and founded CRMS to grow a mentoring movement. His passion is to build spiritual leaders who will unleash their people for world evangelization. He also loves creating communities for learning and collaboration. He loves his creative wife of 25 years, K!Mberly, and is proud of his two heroic and godly teenage boys, Tyler and Cameron. They attend Redemption Hill Church.

Bishop Moses Tay – Vice President

Moses was born into a devout Christian family in Malaysia. After completing his medical studies in Singapore, he returned to serve in Malaysia. In 1970, he moved to work in the Ministry of Health in Singapore. At the same time, he did his theological studies as an external student with the University of London. He went on to specialise in Internal Medicine but soon moved to hospital administration. He was ordained as non-stipendiary priest in 1978. Moses was the Director of Tan Tock Seng Hospital when he was elected and appointed as the Bishop of Singapore. He served as the 7th Bishop of Singapore (1982-2000) and also the 1st Archbishop of the Province of South East Asia (1996-2000).Now in his retirement, he continues to be actively involved in mentoring, missions and ministry in the church in Singapore and beyond. He and his wife Cynthia, as well as his children and grandchildren, live in Singapore. In 2009, he released his self-authored biography Born for Blessings: An Autobiography of Moses Tay.

Dave Tang – Treasurer

Dave worships at the Community of Praise Baptist Church. He has seen the power of personal and peer-mentoring. As a business owner, he is involved in many civic groups and desires to see marketplace Christians use their gifts and businesses for God’s glory.

Eric Chua – Secretary

Eric pastors at Bukit Batok Presbyterian Church and has a passion for character formation and church planting. An avid reader and an aggressive learner!

Edmund Chan - Senior Mentor

Edmund is the senior pastor of Covenant Evangelical Free Church. He is widely recognized as a gifted expositor of the Word, and is also considered to be an insightful Bible expositor. He graduated summa cum laude from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School with an MA (Missions).  In 1995, he launched the annual Intentional Disciplemaking Church (IDMC) Conferences, which until now is awaited yearly. He has authored several books entitled Growing Deep With God: Integrating Theology and PrayerBuilt To Last: Towards A Disciplemaking ChurchMentoring Paradigms and  his most recent work being Growing Deep In Faith. He is married to Ann and has two daughters, Amanda and Belicia.

Andy Lim – Member

Andy has been a pastor for the last 22 years with the Salvation Army, where he now leads the Youth Department. He is married to his pastor and has two teenage kids. He’s passionate about leadership development, sports ministry and his family, all for the glory of God.

Kenny Chee – Member

Kenny  is the senior pastor of  World Revival Prayer Fellowship, a small church in colourful Geylang, Singapore. He loves to soak in the Father’s prodigal love, and preach and write about it, and just be with people. He expresses his perspectives and reflections about the gospel, church, society and his life  through his blog; his posts even being cited by Asian Wall Street Journal online, The Christian Post, CNNGo and the Straits Times. He is happily married to Jenny, and is a grateful father of three young adults: Joshua, Matthew and Elaine.

Koh Seng Chor – Member

Seng Chor is an active member of Frankel Bethesda as a teacher of the Word. He is also helping out in the men’s ministry in Evangel Christian Church. A retired professional trainer, he has a heart for discipleship.

Shoo How Beng – Member

How Beng is a mechanical engineer turned pastor of Acts Baptist Church and is full time with CRMS. He engages in mentoring pastors and marketplace Christian leaders. His passion is to help people find personal and ministry fruitfulness. His wife, Molly,  and his two grown boys are actively serving the Lord.
